Today in my office we had a meeting with our supervisor . The agenda for the meeting was simple ,it was to discuss on what skills have to be developed by an individual and to discuss our daily concerns both good and bad .
Everyone was complaining that they were not given the right opportunity’s and were asking the supervisors to arrange more training’s to improve themselves ,suddenly we heard a voice ,it was the sound of my friend Dinesh bouncer .The following were his words
“I don’t know if this is the correct time to talk about this but still our Office’s housekeeping people clean each and every dustbin beneath our cubicle using there bare hands ,if we could only put a plastic cover and drop our litter in it ,then it would be easy for them to dispose and would be safe for them as well”
“What’s so big about that, tell me if u have something
else “could have been our thought.
I agree that it’s not something big or special about that idea but when everyone was talking about there career and even though he had a lot of things that he could have talked about his career ,he chose to talk about the housekeepers ,my question was would any of us done that ??
Is life really about living for oneself??? We could try to live for other as well.
Even if we can’t do that ,the we least we can do is to raise our voice for the people who don’t have them .
